Purchase and development of 28-acre parcel into paper lots to accommodate a 5-acre park and roads for a new elementary school (Spring Lake) in the Nebo School district with 67 building lots surrounding the park and school. Submitted financial business plan to lender for A&D loan of $2M, managed the acquisition and development of property and common areas, created and recorded Restrictive Covenants (CCR’s), obtained all site permits, coordinated with city engineers and public works inspectors to build the city’s first detention pond & storm drain system for potential flooding and drainage. Communicated job expectations; planned for, monitored, and coordinated subcontractors and approved scopes of work and tolerances required by the city.
